BLDR360 People are the Gritty Leaders of Tomorrow.
They’re the people who will change their lives so that they can change the Industry.
BLDR360 is for folks in the AEC industry tired of the legacy approach to work that doesn’t respect people. Designers, Managers, Supers, and Foremen who know that the old way to get things done cannot keep up with the demands of reality. It’s these people who recognize that there is nothing soft about people skills and want to leverage science to improve performance. BLDR360 is for people ready to start with themselves, look in the mirror, learn new skills, and practice new habits. They’ll become the leaders who improve systems and create jobsites and workplaces where people can thrive.
